Version 6.2 contains new pre-packaged compliance report packs that are provided to customers (LogCenter) at NO ADDITIONAL COST. These include PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley); HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act); NERC CIP (NA Electric Reliability Corporation – Critical Infrastructure Protection); GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act); and FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act). The data provided in these reports are mapped to specific regulations, identified controls, and/or the information contained in prescriptive documents – mappings done by compliance practitioners who are experts in the various regulations to ensure to the greatest extent possible that the reports will be met with acceptance by auditors. Customers can also customize these reports or create their own ad-hoc compliance reports.
Additional enhancements include a redesigned and streamlined alerting interface using the latest Web technologies; numerous improvements to our event correlation capabilities including the addition of risk anomaly detection that provides a new dimension for examining and alerting based on risk; and support for completely redundant data collection with full failover/failback capabilities in the base product and not an add-on.
In initial deployments customers are scaling to in excess of 1.5 billion events per day.
